Yeah he was heading that way when I saw him. Also saw another guy heading towards Weston from the Windsor Bridge, had a nice looking bike, couldn't see what the name on the frame was but it was a grey-blue colour.
Up for a ride somewhere next week then?

Certainly!
I saw a trick bike down by the Odeon/Wetherspoons as well, bmx stem and risers was all I could gleam.
If you ever want to chat bikes, I work in The Porter, or if I'm not working there I'm usually drinking, pop by for a chat, you can even stash the bike upstairs if you fancy, better than piss-artists being all WHERE'DGEAR ON THATUN THEN?

Man, I used to love going to punk shows in the Porter back in the day. No, I mean the Porter Butt?
One was good for vegetarian breakfasts, one was good for punk, both were fun. Don't suppose you know Ben from Tiny Elvis/7 Crowns do you?

Porter Butt is the grime-hole for bad punk (mostly local emo-core bands trying to get big now) and the Porter is for coke-head and vegetarians.
I've met Tiny Elvis once or twice, playing in Moles. Don't know any of them well.

I'm pretty sure Ben used to work in the Porter. I used to know loads of the staff, but I'm guessing that not many of them stayed on for 8 years+.
Bath is awesome.

Maybe, before my time. Nick Walker might have been there, or Harry/Julio? All the management are the same, Dougy and Lynn, bless 'em.

If I'm thinking of the right Nick (quite short, in a band called "Kaned and Unable"), I wanted him to be in a band with me about a decade ago.
I like the fact that Bath is one of those places that when you go back (even if it's 10 years after you left), you'll still bump into someone you know.

Saw someone on a white (or off-white) SS road bike turning down into Milsom street yesterday at about 1130. Also saw someone crossing the bottom of milsom street on a red SS a few minutes later.
Any of you guys?Anyone up for a ride soon, weather looks dry til Thursday? Also anyone know any good XC routes around Bath, I've just finished building an XC bike?
I think I might have seen that TT'er, along London Road past the roundabout.
I'm going to be about alot more after the weekend, I'm going to see Springsteen post-Glastonbury! Woo!
