Over a year late but in case anyone else is searching for info...
I have a couple of sets. 42mm depends on the exact BB you get. There were some 103mm TA BBs which had a manufacturing defect (the taper was milled incorrectly I reckon) so the chainline would be more like 45mm. One BB I had was perfect, the other not so much even though both axles were 103mm....
