that little stunt is great if the delivery goes okay, if the item is lost or damaged in transit, how much would you claim from paypal and in turn from the seller? for sure you could claim the full 800 and they would pay you no doubt, but would it be right for you to do this?
that considered i think its a very poor bet/gamble. just a thought, just a thought.

I figure if the frame gets lost, and the seller can only claim back the $65 then I'm screwed for the rest.

But considering its near $200 saved. I took what you rightly described as a gamble.
