Honest, the Cape Town cycling scene is alive, lots of pro cyclist train there in the European winter.I'm sure he'd be able to flog it on for at least R6,500 if he wanted to.
It's quite clear that the general consensus is that he's offering you the F+F for a reasonable price. So stop being a cry baby and stump up or say you can't afford it.
