  • its dark outside so they're shite photos but you get the idea, much better than having the raw finish i was considering.

3 coats primer, 1 coat blue then one coat white, another blue, add fade and then about 3 or 4 layers of clear coat over the top.

  • reckon that will look pretty sweet with those wheels you got! nice one

  • that looks really good!

  • i've just realized that i put the clear coat on too soon after the paint and its gone wrinkly where i just picked it up - what a fanny!

  • when dyu reckon it'll be finished? can't wait to see it in action

  • looks amazing i was thinking of having a raw finish but just out of lazyness. how did the fade turn out? it looks like a good graduation in the pics.

not perfect but good enough for a bodge job, several years of being a graffiti painting toerag helped though ;-)

did the forks as well today, didn't fully strip them though, just sanded them down and repainted. only got a tiny clear coat on them though as i ran out, meh it's a bodge job all the same.

  • How much will charge to do another paint job?

    how will much who charge?

  • Looking good ! I love seeing bike builds coming togther !

  • legal graffiti of course... ahem. i like the colour alot, im kinda leaning towards dark green

  • the new ride is here!

  • I like it! it looks really good, great transformation from what it was!
-saddle lets it down a little though.

not fussed by the saddle, its wide and squidgy - the perfect match for my fat arse.
never really got the fuss about them if i'm honest!

  • hipster aesthetics :D

  • Looks sweet mate - wouldn't necessarily have gone for the green chain myself but each to their own. Massive job satisfaction points for the paintwork. You gonna keep it brakeless?

i need a new cog if i want it brakeless - 46-16 is a bit too much really. i'd like to keep it brakeless though so if anyone wants to swap a 16t cog for a 18-20 one on an english thread i'd happily oblige! as for the greeen chain, it was a bit of a wierd choice but it was the same price as a regular half link so i figured fuck it, why not.

  • ill bring a 20t to polo tonight
