if you bend the fork on your Peugeot, check the frame properly as the front part of the frame could be damaged.
also I highly advised you not to ride your bike until you got a new fork/frameset.

I managed to bend the forks on my peugeot frame last night, and well now my wheel is leaning to the left handside and obviously riding it is a bit shit/dangerous, so I'm either looking for some replacement forks that'd fit a pug frame (as no doubt they'd be different dimensions to most other bike parts) or a totally new frame, as I'm kinda sick of not having race drop outs, 2nd hand would be cool, and cheap, but if anyone could let me know what they have or know of it'd be greatly appreciated.
