Ok, so after what has been a bit of design by commitee, we have a few designs.
Here is a vote to see which of these two (extremes) is the most popular:

I like to think that these will be popular enough that another design will be done in a while.
there will follow a sign up for who wants one and then we'll get them. There'll probably be a cap too.
