I hate how my mum came home in tears, some bus driver & bus controller called her a drunk when she's teetotal and hates drinking alcohol, all because she got confused what bus stop she was supposed to be at
had to write a passive aggressive compliant to the bus company
But quite furious as she's under a lot of stress at the moment.
