I spoke with Dave (bavski), the designer of the bike samurai. He said he is in China for two months and doesn't have access to his vector files to do the redesign. But he said that
(a) he would be willing to do a polo samurai and make a shirt of it, if there is sufficient demand (and his current shirts sell out); and
(b) that he gives permission for someone else to create the polo samurai. This person would have to ask around to see who has the copies of the vectored files.
