Spotted in Brighton...

Brighton road - coast road near Shoreham Passed (on the other side of the road) by a lady in a lime green dress with flame red hair.. I keep seeing her and she waives every time I see her... its not a SS but it does have a basket and she really hacks along with a big smile on her face

i used to think i was special cause she waved at me now I realise she does it to everyone!
