If only I lived anywhere near Greenwich, I'd definitely pick it up just for the cranks..=)
It looks like a nice frame though, don't think the ding will affect the strength in any way either..
Weathered bits? Just get a couple cans of beer, some steel wool and WD40 and they'll look like they were bought yesterday!
