Yeah that dude was a full on cunt, my mate David got taken out in a similar manner early last week, (someone pulling out to the right to overtake from stationary traffic at an inapporiate point!), he wasn't as lucky as me though, as he was going downhill a fair bit faster, he went over the bars, fractured his elbow, road rash in loads of places and twisted/bruised his heel/ankle really bad to, only narrowly avoided getting squashed by oncoming traffic, the police were on the scene quickly and held the driver, he's getting charged with something I can't remember what.
