Eyup,
So further to my musing on fat vs thin I might get one of my other frames resurected as a commuter. I have a set of wheels the rear of which is a screw on hub type (geared not fixed). I know these came in like 5, 6, and I think 7 speed versions. Sheldon refers to redishing the wheel and using different spacers but gives no clue on measuring to find out what the current set up is actually for.
Anyone happen to know the answer before I troll of to the lbs?
I figure someone who knew would be able to identify a measurement from either the outer edge of the hub to the inner edge of the screw threads or from the centre of the hub to the outer edge of the hub i.e. the part that conatcts the inner edge of the droupouts.
Anyone?
