That's his fault for not setting a reserve.
You can pay for it and then go through a dispute process which will most likely result in you getting a refund and no bike or you can say "you sir, are a cunt" and leave it at that.
Personally, I would pay for it and then dispute his non-shipment, etc. but I haz money set aside for this kind of vindictive behaviour..
