Wanted: Cheap 40 (or so) angle 1 1/8" stem + locknut for threaded headset

Looking for two bits for two different bicycles.

Firstly looking for a cheap 1 1/8" stem in silver or black with a 40 degree angle. Needs to be under £10 quid as I can get one brand new from SJS for that much.

Secondly, I have an old threaded headset with a non conventional locknut that requires some strange tool. Would like to replace this with a locknut that I can just tighten with a spanner.
