I think 140mm (maybe 135mm) is the rail to minimum insertion.

Anyway 140mm would work by the looks of the picture.

[Think the maximum point at the other end is about the 210-220mm region]

Not great, but it runs.

Everything FREE, including loads more stuff, like 1/8th chains, BB's, tyres, tubes, loads of brand new spokes, brake blocks, brake cables, bar tape, grips etc etc etc is all going into a big box with 'Help yourself' written on it, which I am going to put outside my flat for people to come help them selves.
