Yep, I agree with Ed. If priced right (around or under £1000) this could be a winner!
Wonder what it rides like... I imagine similar to the paddy wagon but maybe a bit smoother with that better quality tubing?
It's also got one ugly-ass stem to complement those bars. Sort it!
