Anyone interested in admin job share opportunity at quiet estate agency?
I have a friend who needs a part time general helper:
Duties:
Holding the fort for two sales agents while they are on viewings
Taking calls
Helping clients who walk through the door
Property admin (flipping paper burgers)
Providing some assistance/support to the agents (from making them a cuppa, helping with their emails)
Essentials Skills You Need:
Top English language skills
PC user (no Macs!) - Miscrosoft Office, Making PDFs, et al
Great phone manner
Admin experience
Presentable
Dealing with people (this is a front office job, not back office job)
High tolerance of Sloanies and estate agents
Perks:
As long as you fulfill duties you can whittle away the hours on LFgSs with gay abandon and approval.
Three days a week 9:00-6:00, working Saturdays on rotation (i.e. every other Saturday.)
Not a short term appointment, they want someone who will stick around for at least 6 months.
Salary dependent on experience.
This is a great gig for someone who would enjoy a low responsibility job that gives them a work/life balance that offers time, space, and income to enjoy other meaningful pursuits.
