  • Anyone interested in admin job share opportunity at quiet estate agency?
    I have a friend who needs a part time general helper:

    Duties:

    1. Holding the fort for two sales agents while they are on viewings
    2. Taking calls
    3. Helping clients who walk through the door
    4. Property admin (flipping paper burgers)
    5. Providing some assistance/support to the agents (from making them a cuppa, helping with their emails)

    Essentials Skills You Need:

    1. Top English language skills
    2. PC user (no Macs!) - Miscrosoft Office, Making PDFs, et al
    3. Great phone manner
    4. Admin experience
    5. Presentable
    6. Dealing with people (this is a front office job, not back office job)
    7. High tolerance of Sloanies and estate agents

    Perks:

    1. As long as you fulfill duties you can whittle away the hours on LFgSs with gay abandon and approval.

    Three days a week 9:00-6:00, working Saturdays on rotation (i.e. every other Saturday.)
    Not a short term appointment, they want someone who will stick around for at least 6 months.
    Salary dependent on experience.

    This is a great gig for someone who would enjoy a low responsibility job that gives them a work/life balance that offers time, space, and income to enjoy other meaningful pursuits.
