    I know we all get this way sometimes, but what do you do to get over it? How do you stay motivated when it just feels 'wrong'?

    i'm in the exact same phase. I literally ride to work on my shite bike and thats it. like 2-4 miles a day. Haven't been on a proper ride in weeks.

    When I'm in these phases I run after work. It's not as fun, but you can get a good workout in under an hour.

    I'm always switching between running and cycling. Usually 3-4 month phases.
