i'm in the exact same phase. I literally ride to work on my shite bike and thats it. like 2-4 miles a day. Haven't been on a proper ride in weeks.
When I'm in these phases I run after work. It's not as fun, but you can get a good workout in under an hour.
I'm always switching between running and cycling. Usually 3-4 month phases.
