What wheels shall I get?

You made the suggestion by quizzing mitre testers comment about having two brakes when riding freewheel.

Sorry if I misunderstood, but I took it to mean that you thought a brakeless track bike must be safe to ride on the street with a freewheel because the manufacturers of hubs provide a second thread for an optional freewheel.
