Diapo is right, about the jamaican thing. Rastas are mainly vegetarian. Some are pescatarian. Jamaican flag would make more sense. Anyhow...

I'd love to come, and am currently trying to convince my girlfriend to join that ride... But last ride she came was one of the last Bridges ride that was way too fast, and we had to give up... I want to make sure that this would be a slow and more social ride, which I'm sure it is (sorry if I get it wrong). What would be the total mileage?

yep, it will be a very casual pace, it's only about 7/8 miles with a bit of a climb at the end.
and we will be stopping at the Prince Regent in Herne Hill on the way for refreshments.
