you can count the number of new North drinks groupies on one hand. as a marketing exercise to get more fools riding fixed up and down steep hills, pissed.. this is a raging success!Damn straight, if you can count them on one hand we've probably doubled the usual turn out!

...I'm a cigar fiend and got one off someone who wasn't keen. It was well nice. Wish I'd met you Arvy and the next time the smoke is on me.
I need to know who wasn't keen, everyone I gave a cigar to came back to me saying they had given it away but were aching for it to return! And D.G I was the idiot walking around with a lunchbox (of cigars)...

To be fair, he didn't say he wasn't keen. That's my interpretation to assuage my conscience for smoking his cigar. He handed it to me and probably was one of those aching for it to return. I don't recall his name because I was a few pints in by that point.

My hair smelled of cigars and tobacco by the time I got home that night.
Oh yeah, I need to thank the Cohiba pusher. I'm a cigar fiend and got one off someone who wasn't keen. It was well nice. Wish I'd met you Arvy and the next time the smoke is on me.
