Yea I would say defo see a DR. As this will have a knock on effect onto your knee and hip.

imo everything looks straigh until you get to the ankle

I have dropped arches ('flat feet') and that gives me slightly pronated feet - could it be related to this?

Well you need to see one that specializes in your problem.
I know this will not seem like a big problem to you now - as you are young and know everything - but give it 5 more years and then you will be alot more pro active in fixing this problem.

Honestly i dont know =/ i dont think i have flat feet, if anything i think i have high arches
seen plenty of specialists, i just dont run now, only sculling and cycling which are ok for the knees cause of no impact
