The way i got mine out from being corroded was use a blowtorch and spray WD40 and heat up the seat post tube and tap it down a tad o loosen it and put a long screw drive at the bottom of it and pry it out
it worked for me try for yourself

Eat the seat tube.

• #7
Fill the frame with mercury then freeze it- the mercury will expand, forcing the old seatpost out.

Block the bottom bracket openings and base of the head tube.
Block the bottle mounts and any other holes- bluetac should be fine.
Pour concentrated caustic soda into the frame until full.
Leave the frame in a warm and humid place for four days- the seatpost should be gone.

Only do this if you have an aluminium seatpost in a steel frame, as it is the aluminium that gets eaten.

Is there some seatpost protruding from the frame?
If so you can try pull it out. Before doing so you should heat the area and apply oil. The heat will draw in the oil into the gaps. Then clamp the post into a vice or drill a hole through it and twist using a strong long screwdriver, trying to break it free. Once free, you can slowly jiggle it out.

use a blade from a hacksaw... slice the post (it can be a bit boring work) and when you have it sliced 3 places or so, you should be able to get it our with hammer and chisel.. worked for me on two occations..

fill it with acid, freeze it, cover it in whipped egg whites, in the oven on 200degC for 15 mins and then eat it. like a baked alaska/acid popcicle

let it cool, spray with oil and use the other seat post to dislodge it. back into the tube, once it moves use a headset type expander bolt, into the seat tube and inside the seatpost, expand and pull up.

Turn frame upside down, take out bottom bracket. Pour in a can of coke, full fat or diet, leave over night, repeat as necessary.
Hi there,
One of my bikes has a broken off seatpost and there is a bit still in the frame that is stuck and corroded in there.
Any suggestion as to what i could do about this.
