Thanks to the guy (which one is you?) who said I'm the most friendly person on the forum <3 makes a nice change from being told Im too defensive or a girl with autism or something...Well done to the winners and the guys organizing the birthday, brilliant turnout!
Im thinking about changing my username to LdnGrowler as I kept getting introduced by our lovely JD as that or other people asking me if I'm that. Oh the joyEdit: I realise I may have been talking well loud tonight :( My tinnitus is really bad tonight and is effecting my hearing level.

Great evening,
Arvy - thanks for the Cohibas, the cake makers for the cake, everyone else for the conversation, somebody for the company on the super-speedy downhill ride home, TT-ers for TT-ing - god knows how you do it. just getting to the pub was enough to knacker me for the evening. If I do it again it'll be with an engine :-)

Great night, nice to be back to home of north drinks and see everyone. Cheers Cake and Spins for the tow up. Not so difficult afterall.
Nice to meet some new faces too and see some of the OG's.
I had me my own little solo "north London TNRC" getting back home.

What a great night, amazing turnout - did I hear that they ran out of bitter? chapeau!
I think I am still on an adrenalin high from the TT even though I was only making up the numbers in terms of my time. I rode to work this morning with a bigger grin on my face than usual.
Well done to Pinks and Donut for organising, sterling effort with the multiple iStopwatches Duncan.
The misses was delighted that all the fairy cakes got eaten.
Looking forward to going sub 6 mins somtime soon.

Epic night chaps & chapettes.
Thanks to everyone for turning up and letting their hair down and representing all points of the LFGSS compass.
Props to Andy & Dunc for sorting it, Alby for the cracking prizes, all the cakemakers, TTers, and that fucking hill that I had to cycle over 5 times yesterday!
Lastly, thanks to the lovely cab driver and his mistimed turn across the carriageway allowing me to leave a nice fresh dent in his door and a wobble on my wheel. C**t!!
Anyway enough of all that here are a few pics...

Great night for Norths, started off hot and sticky and ended chilled out and smiling with a permanent grin. Even tried another pub with the redoubtable LG, Greasy and Sleepy to no avail. Epic ride home cutting corners, up pavements and opposite sides of the road. And to Dave, I really hope the T-shirts sell and you can quickly repay the money you borrowed, You certainly deserve it. Thanks to all those already commended, finally well done Joe, I won't forget your name now.

Top night Gentlemen. Many thanks to all that organised and especially for the cake....very amusing trying to ease out the first slice of a heavily iced sponge with 3 goo-ey fingers.
Still vaguely nervy from the thought of nose-riding a couple of those road humps on the way down.
Girlfriend not amused when I bowled in pissed up and babbling about death TT and prizes.
Here's to next year and sub 5's all round....
Forza Norths!

Had a great night at my first norths. I had planned to take the least painful route up but met Owen and Andrew on the way up and followed them up Swains. That was enough to turn me off the TT.
It was great meeting as many of you as I met. Rolled home pissed in a pukes on cock shirt. Nice.

guys, whotta perfect eve! great birfday you had going there oop in the hills. i'm so sorry that i made it rather late, i popped a nipple humping speed bumps just five min out me door. had to fix it for a TT attempt. (at least i don't come hung over and bring the "had a puncture excuse" eh ;).
up there, their cider tastes better and their muffins where [strike]probably[/strike] properly enhanced with [strike]chemilcal[/strike] coloured sugar. i had only one and look at my time ;P i start to like that hill, did it 2 times before actual TT and loved it.
the norfs are always funny buggers and entertaining as hell. thanks gotti and all involved in organizing it, thanks ya' all for coming and making it this eventful.
i found myself in the middle of three(!) fellas with the PofC shirt giving me girlfriend advice - very weird picture that was - or gormley, who left real early for his lady and ended up mounting last due to proper double puncturerism. thanx ya bicyclerepairmen ;)man, the moon shine ride home was perfect, too.

Yikes dude, hope you're ok. I narrowly avoided a similar incident on way home...
Agreed. Was a good first drinks to come to I think and it was good meeting everyone. It'll be a while before I attempt the tt though, not without training. Looking forward to the bridges ride. Hope to see folks there.
