No we don't all call up but a few do and state that this could be negative for the company if it gets to the press which it could do unless the company puts in place a process to train their drivers in aggression management. Its a recession no one wants bad press but they do need to be educated.
Who here is a journalist and can phone the company up and say that they are thinking of running a story and want a quote from their press office?
Don't let fuckers like this get away with it as someone you know could be the next victim.
