remove the cone from your campag spindle, using a 13mm spanner - force it onto the new m9 spindle - it does go on, you cant use the campy washer - so use the new one
step 2 - simply thread the new spindle into the hub, pushing out the old - voila- no bearings on the floor and betweenyour toes.

-okay, so you havn't got the campag track nuts - so what, track spindles at £3 over £58!!!!!
-on the rear, you need m10 by 1.00 - they still are a little tight, plus i could only get them on the bay to use a 17mm spanner

so if you want to run a single speed freewheel from a bmx on a campag hub, make sure the threads are english 1.370'' by 24tpi
fit your chain tuggs- away you go.
