That ain't gonna happen...those shittle themed little wagons are gonna be on the road till foxtons goes bust. The idea of the car is carrying punters to & fro forcing them to look @ overpriced property. However I would like to see an estate agent on one of them bikes as they'd get trollied abuse

I've rode one of those GOCYCLE's and i cannot lie... It was fucking rad!
When you push that button... Think "KNIGHT RIDER" turbo boost...lol -
• #7
Well it looks a lot better then a G Wizz

Oh god, it looks like a dahon folding bike with arrospoks and some kind of cannondale inspired fork. I can't see estate agents using them, the poor souls would be open to the elements and the dangers of Londons famous "London traffic".

Would it be too much to expect them to pedal unassisted?

Yeah but the traffic will be much safer without Fuxtons minis in it, remember.
However...
I reckon the biggest broblem they're going to find is the things being stolen. As a thief, you can guarantee a 30 minutes window between park and return - it's not like us cyclists who could be just making a drop and be back in 2 mins. And if those things are pretty whizzy, so they'll be away in the traffic in no time. They won't have a numberplate, will they? And what's the scurity going to be like on something like that? The website doesn't seem to suggest any in-built steering locks or anything annoying like that, so they've got the same protection levels as us. Probably lower at first, because what estate agent is going to ride with a feffing great chain around their waist to go with the D-lock strapped to the frame.
So I'm voting for crying, stranded estate agents all across the capital in the coming months.

Always makes me chuckle

^^Genius.
Just had a play on their webbo, not sure how it would work in real life, or how long these things would actually last, but as a design they are cool as fuck, there appears to be a lock in the rear suspension. The wheels come off like lego and the motor is mounted in the front hub.

Looks like the rear suspension just has a hole in it to pass your d-lock through, isn't it. Taking the front wheel off (and therefore the motor) would be better security though.
Still, wonder what the rest of the bike is worth if thrown in the back of a van.
Hey, fuck it, you could even call an estate agent from that firm out to your house, get them inside away from windows and have your scrote mate with a pair of bolt cutters waiting round the corner to liberate the bike. It could be like a delivery please-steal-my-electric-bike service.

I got this sent to me for some reason....
Cycling to work meetings makes perfect sense to London estate agent Suzanne Gray. How about you?
As more and more people choose to cycle to work, ludlowthompson property details feature links to cycle routes. Suzanne Gray, Sales Director comments: "When you're looking for a place to live those of us who cycle naturally want to determine our best cycle routes.
By placing links to cycle routes on the ludlowthompson website property details, it's possible to see how long it will take the cycle to A to B from each property of interest."
"I commute to work on my bike, and instead of using the company car I am now doing all my property valuations appointment by bike. I still look smart in business type attire so clients don't think I am any less professional. In fact the opposite - I never get caught in traffic, so I am never late. Ask any estate agent the problems they have finding a space to park! The end result is an unhappy customer and stressed out estate agent.
I know my clients consider me a bit of a novelty. They call me the 'cycling estate agent'. But I am nothing unusual, there are now so many cyclists in London that things have improved on the roads. The cycle lanes, routes and bays at traffic lights all help give priority to cyclists."

Apparently a London firm of estate agents are adopting these electric bikes.
I saw one on the thames path couple of weeks ago and all I wanted to do is shout Arrospok!
Are days of complaining to Foxtons numbered? Will all agents now adopt leccy bikes? Interesting initiative anyway.
The bike in question:
