  • Im not too hot on the colour neither, but nice frame/forks otherwise!

  • ^^^ So is the current project the frame or the bottle and glass in the background?

  • I'd say the bbq was the more pressing issue. Burn baby burn.

youre welcome, you just paste the image's url into that mountains yellow thingy icon

  • Cinelli Mash is finally completed. Pretty pleased with how it turned out.

saddle fail (position and color)! and those chubs are ugly!

  • Map of Australia on rims = instant fail.

  • I will never understand how people can call saddle angle a 'fail'. You don't have my sit bones, shut the fuck up.

Also I am concerned that Trip's top tube is going to be too long. I am happy to give the frame a home if this is the case.

Im in total agreement with this...

A more appropriate thing to say is something along the lines of "your undercarriage must be fucking peculiar"

Is that one of those 'WARNING: NO BRAKES' stickers on the top tube? Get it OFF!!!

  • ha

  • Map of Australia on rims = instant fail.

Map of Tassie on the other hand. 100% WIN!

  • I think this works really well, if the saddle position got sorted a stickers on the rim this would look really really awesome

  • nice.

  • I know it's your frame, and you can do whatever you want to with it, and your money. That Bob Jackson on the last page is fine as it is, really doesn't need repainting. Modern enamel isn't as hard wearing as the old stuff. Touch up any chips and leave the rest well alone. Its a lovely colour, looks amazing with the black contrasts, and the decals are brilliant. If you're not going to change it, which you shouldn't, why spend all that cash? Spend it on brilliant components instead.

  • @ DaveyC... I think the Cinelli has turned out nice, the people who whinge about stickers & saddles spend waaaaay too much time on the interwang & not enough time on the road... who's gonna see the fucking stickers & saddle angle when the wheels are spinning & your sat on it. Nice build my man!

  • don't worry about climate change, start talking about CLIMATE CONTROL, way to fuck up the minds of the public

  • A pic from later in me and my friends tandem-longjohn cargobike project..

Later that day we painted it black (free spraypaint wohoo!) and fittet a 26" rear wheel (7-speed hub) instead of the 24" in this photo... gave it a bit more clerance..

We still need to fix the connecting rod between the front and rear headtubes, the first one we build didn't really work out that well, too heavy and flexy build from solid steel.. trying to source some thinwall steel tubing for free and then we'll redesign it to make more room..

Then, when it rides really well, we'll build a large cargo bay for BEERS... :)

Oh, And we are thinking about adding some handlebar brakes as well...

Sorry, the bike is off topic since it has gears :)

  • ^ epic.

  • The pics were taken pretty much straight after the bike was built up. Then I went for a ride. Saddle angle was admittedly a bit wrong but that is now sorted. The warning sticker also came off the top tube.
