I used to like 'em since they'd stop my extreme power crosses arms X style from dragging the wheel across. With better nuts (not mine) this became less of an issue and then I moved to an alu frame and never really had an issue with slippage. Chain tension is no problem since I carry a 15mm and adjust when necesary. Tugs just annoyed me when repairing p_nct_res.
