As stated, any caliper will do, Diacomp do a set of drop bar type levers for v or disc brakes. Charlie the Bike Monger stocks the levers. Or grab a set off a Specialized Tricross (several on Flea Bay).
As for calipers, Shimano do a really cheap but excellent version for £19 per wheel. I have them on one of my MTB's with drop bars ans aforementioned Diacompd (A la Johnny Tomak).
