  • yes of course you can hurt yourself doing yoga, like any other physical activities and there are a lot of so so teachers out there. I also know people who have sorted back problems and other injuries doing yoga.

    @Nhatt, I agree it can get extremely boring at it is the same postures again and again. A friend of mine goes 5 times a week and has done months of it.

    Anyway I still prefer Qi Gong (Zhan Zhuang form) but I know most people would find it extremely boring and I don't want to advertise as I enjoy our very small private classes :)
