Radius, bending backwards from a head-on collision isn't the only way forks can bend.
They are made of steel, they will bend whichever way you push them.
rocker, if you think they are bent sideways, it could be from landing crooked, for example I've seen a video of someone doing a 180 bunnyhop on a track bike and bending the forks sideways.
Could be anything like that, maybe just a dodgy landing off a curb, or a sideways collision with a car. You will never know.
If I were you I wouldn't worry, just keep riding your bike (with hands) and if it really starts to piss you off, either get new forks or go about straightening them somehow.
