I hate

I hate that my 7yr old sons best friends dad locked himself in his house yesterday, drank a bottle of whisky, then hung himself.
His wife then had to climb through a window when he didn't answer the door and find him there, then explain to her two young sons what has happened to their dad.
My thoughts go out to the whole family.

It makes me even more grateful for everything i have.
I really can't wait to see my boys on Monday.

Sorry to that. That fucking sucks massively.
