a choad (as it is spelled around here) is always said to be "as wide as it is long" BUT i would assume that it is actually meant to be "as wide around as it is long" because to really ever have a choad (1st def) one would need cancer of the penis or a micropenis, not common. but for a choad (2nd def) i would imagine is much more common because there is a lot of variation in human penis size. all the comes down to though is, be happy with your penis.
