Depends if you want to replace the spokes as well. Or if the hub needs a clean which is easier with all the spokes removed. But easiest way is as above doing one spoke at a time. As long as you have the same rim of course otherwise you will need new spokes if the new ERD is different. A little drop of oil on the threads before replacing the nipple.
