Probs fitting sugino messenger onto miche primato 107mm bb

Hi all,
Spotted in the trany database that sugino messenger can be fit to miche primato 107mm bb. I just don't manage to get it working together. As soon as i start to tighten the bolts the cranks get on the cups and that's the end. tried to screw the cup more into the frame shell but again no luck.
Could anyone please confirm weather it's just me or it really don't get on well together?

Are Sugino cranks ISO or JIS taper?

Messengers are probably JISO

Can't think why it wouldnt work. The recommended BB for the messengers is 103mm

EDIT - Looks like messengers are JIS

Messengers are jis AFAIK but as iso gives the chainline more or less 4mm towards the frame then 107mm should be alright. In this case it just isn't. I see some people reported in the database that it works that's wy I am so surprised. I fitted tens of cranks so far and it defo isn't a bed technique :-)

Messengers are JIS; Miche is ISO.

Just get a Shimano UN54 107mm, should do the job.
