that planet x one is a cog to fit on a block type freewheel hub with spacers to make a single speed- i.e NOT screw on fixed hub with a locking ring. 19t seem to be very popular at the mo but I managed to get one from here also keep an eye on e-bay as they turn up now and again, if not surley so a nice one if you have to buy new.
Hope this helps

so it is. I'm dumb for not noticing the splines! all taken with the grooves!
Yep I was on a 40x16(65) and found it a welcome change to 48x17(74). so after getting a 19 on that 48 now. spinny does seem the way to go recently. my knee agrees!
ta for the reply,
I have a 16t 3/32nds cog that came with my pista that I would like to swap for a 19t.
used for a month or so and not fussed about a brand new but will consider a straight buy if you have one.
could also do with a lockring that isn't made of cheese a la System Ex and Bianchi!
Following a tip from a request like mine, I had a look at planet X, seems like they have 1 sort of 3/32 19t and it looks all funky. anyone tried/tested em? http://www.planet-x-warehouse.co.uk/acatalog/SKOOSSGA.jpg
