    Ohh, I am still doing my wing chun. But I don't work at the moment, still recovering from a nasty back injury, hence I cycle less.
    Or did you mean sparky getting toned? I am not very toned, unfortunately.

    Well, lucky as I am, looks like this week I don't cycle at all, since the oink oink flu has hit me :(
    Thinking about it, I might end up very toned when it's done with me.
