i paid less than that for an unused Pegoretti frame (£1600 RRP)
i sold a brand new cervelo frame with warranty for less than that (£980 RRP)
you would get a new rourke/bob jackson in top end tubing for a similar amount.
none of the above frames have an NJS stamp on them though, so you will not be able to race on the keirin circuit.
