I admire Armstrong self belief, this is often mistaken as ego. This tour has proved one thing, that not getting what you want, can be a blessing. This might also prove to the cynics that he is human with a fighters spirit. Something akin to his survival of cancer when the odds were against him, and the tough love he was brought up with. I am not defending him, his record or his public comments prior, during or after the tour. But i think he learnt a real lesson these past three weeks. That the world does not revolve around oneself..
Do i love him or hate him ?
The only thing in this world i love is my family, everything else i can only appreciate, i give him two years to prove his real worth as a true champion and wish him luck with Livestrong..
