a quick skim of the thread shows that one thing hasn't been completely explicitly said. wet coats look much much much nicer than powder coats, but are very very very prone to chipping, scraping, and damage. It's just the way it is. I looked into him a bit and it seems he give you the choice. all the other aspects of this thread are what they are.
personally i opt for wet coats and just go for a respray one every year or so. I just think power coats look like cheap shit on a clean steel frame.
