Why the hard time? However, AlexanderI would suggest you would get a better response if you lowered your price below the new one by a tenner or so

Maybe you could take it back to the shop with the receipt and get a refund.

What size are the toe clips?

They only come in one size, I would say they feel like a Medium/Large.
