David Millar *cried *with disappointment when Vinokourov was busted. How naive could he have been to think Vino *wasn't *doping? So if he says he thinks Armstrong was clean we should take that with a large pinch of salt.

Not that I know anything about it but isn't Millar Mr anti-doping isn't he supposed to know all about it?
