A regular large gathering on Sunday morning near the usual spots, pointing and taking photos of the suspected thieves? Would be a time investment but it might make them think twice.
Although the BL bike trade may only be a symptom of a larger problem, anything that makes getting a quick buck from stolen goods more difficult has got to be a step in the right direction.
