Wanted: Rear mech hanger

Buy this one ^^^ there is a temendous amount of pish being spoken in this thread. It will work fine if correctly set up. Your dropout has no fittings for the type of replaceable mech hangers fitted to modern bikes so this will do you absolutely fine.

No problem at all to use this hanger.
There are millions of bikes with this combination. Index and non-indexed shifting systems. It simply works. Better than most fancy bikes with internal cable routing and Dura Ace or Record components. Just make sure that the alignment is checked after assembly to the dropout.
