Not sure about aero posts but I know that there was a durace and campagnolo super record version of the quill posts. I have a Moser Leader Ax and it has a Titec quill post in it (plus I have a spare no-name post as well). There must have been a lot of manufacturers out there who were keen for the look. For aero you could always carbon wrap an alloy post?
