If it gets tough and you don't think you can make it go to your local chemist, lots of them give away free nicotine replacement stuff now... You don't even have to pay for a prescription at some of them... And I recommend the inhalator, looks like a midget's pipe but really helped me out...

bendix - you can get a huge pack of gum on prescription. like a month's worth for £6.50
