I think the current Woodrup's track frame are basically Bob Jackson's with Woodrup decals, I am probably wrong but I remember reading that somewhere.
not true, they often use the same lugs and tubing, but woodrup are all made by their own builder. woodrup don't usually use fastback stays, or at least not neary as often as jackson do, for one, and their dropouts tend to have a much more 'finished' look to them (not so obviously just cut out of sheet metal). also, since (for the time being anyway) woodrup produce less frames, their overall finish tends to be better, cleaner lining, better quality paint. granted they are very similiar looking, but close inspection will show the differences.
