All you need to get on the road only thing you will need to do is have the rear wheel redished respaced and put a track cog on and BB lockring Seldon Brown style,I will even provide a chain,not sure of make of frame it's not 531 but it's not over heavy either 27'' wheels come with it but you could fit 700c,very smooth 105 headset nice smooth BB AND 105 crank with brand new 39t Sugino chain ring,handlebars are really nice with no scratches in the middle section.
